Our Orlando villa offers over 1820 square ft of fully furnished and air-conditioned flexible living space.
It comprises a master bedroom with large en-suite facilities, a second double bedroom with bathroom and 2 further twin-bedded rooms with a shared bathroom.
There is a spacious sitting area, dining area, breakfast area, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry area.
The 30 foot pool has an integrated spa/jacuzzi and the pool area has luxury patio furniture ideal for alfresco dining whilst looking out over the conservation lake. There is a child protection screen for additional safety.
There is a double garage accessible from within the villa partly used as a games room with table tennis and electronic darts board
Our rental home is built on a premium lakeside conservation lot within a gated community (‘West Haven Sanctuary’ development).
Full air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the villa keep everyone cool during the warmest of days.
There are TVs in the sitting area and two bedrooms and a DVD/ CD player is also provided. Guests have the added benefit of free wireless internet access and free telephone calls within the USA and Canada.
Local supermarkets, including Publix and Walgreens are within 3 minutes drive from the Sanctuary whilst the famous Orlando Shopping Malls are easily accessed from the I4.
